Cote Sud and Eau Claire are located on two of the most beautiful beaches in the Virgin Islands – two spectacular villas on two lovely bays with two wonderful beaches!

Frenchman’s Cove is a lovely, tranquil bay located less than a mile from the Marriott Hotel,directly on the Caribbean. There are two different beaches to enjoy at Cote Sud. Directly below Cote Sud is a 345 ft. completely private pebble beach, with a 100 foot concrete pier that goes into the clear waters of Caribbean. At the end of the pier is a set of metal steps that allow guests to enter the water for the unbelievable snorkeling that is available immediately to the left. The beach area has a deck, with seating for eight, and a fresh water shower for the use of our guests. The beach is deserted and unreachable from either direction, and our guests use swimming suits or not based on their tastes.

Amazingly, Cote Sud has easy access to a second beach, Green Cay Beach, which is a half mile long, about 20 feet wide, with undisturbed sand and outstanding swimming. This beach is virtually deserted, almost all the time, and it can be reached through a gated walk about 400 feet from Cote Sud. You can take food and drinks in the coolers we provide.

Magen's Bay is a very special place; widely regarded as the largest and most beautiful beach in the U.S. Virgin Islands, about one mile long and 10 to 20 yards wide, with great picnic areas, and a small restaurant that serves among the best hamburgers and pizza on St. Thomas. Magen's Bay gets its unusual character because the prevailing easterlies blow from the beach outward, creating a tranquil body of water that covers an entirely sand bottom bay, with no rip tides or major currents, and keeping VillaEau Claire cool all year. The main Beach is one of the most small children friendly bodies of water anywhere because of the lack of surf and currents..

Villa Eau Claire is the closest occupied villa to the main Magen Bay Beach, located less than a half mile walk away through shallow sandy water. The house is located on a pocket sandy beach, just above a private deck that has a fresh water shower and lighting for evening use. Next door, less than 100 yards away, is Little Magen’s Beach, which is the only nude beach on St. Thomas.

If you are looking for a real beachfront vacation, you are unlikely to find a better place, at the price, than Cote Sud and Eau Claire.
